"Every person is an individual. But the problem with AI is, is that it just learns from what's been put in there. So it reads and thinks, okay, well now she's had her baby. So she's going to go off because statistically that's likely to happen. But from an HR standpoint, I can't consider that. That has to be the employee's choice. And so. It's not that AI is evil. It just takes the biases that we all have and magnifies them. And it's not using logic or reasoning and it's not intelligent. It's just putting stuff together."
